LeaderStat and the Ohio Council for Home Care & Hospice have joined forces to help leaders with the challenges of hiring, training, motivating and retaining the right employees.

Selecting the right talent with the right capabilities at the right time is crucial to meet the changing needs and demands of providing health care at home.

In health care, the ability to quickly screen, hire, and onboard personnel can have a direct effect on patients' well-being.  As such, recruitment and retention in the health care industry must remain a top priority.

The goal of the hiring process should be to attract and identify individuals who have the best mix of skills, experience and attributes for the job.  To provide the best patient experience, agencies have to think creatively and do whatever it takes to attract and retain their employees.  In this Summit you’ll learn:

  • Why we lose employees and What we can do to keep them
  • Proper and effective onboarding techniques
  • Mentor vs Preceptor
  • Competency tools and resources to access where new employees are

Interactive group exercises and expert panel discussion will provide insight on current challenges and offer tangible solutions you can implement immediately!

Your employees are your future!  You don’t want to miss this energetic Summit where you’ll interact with your peers and discover useful techniques to help you develop a Revved up Workforce!
