- Help Desk: Technical matters such as regulatory & compliance, Medicaid, Medicare, payer relations, billing, etc.
- RCTC: You are a member and need an RCTC Learn account created, more tokens, or are interested in learning more about RCTC.
- OCHN Payer Support: You are a member and have upgraded to add the Ohio Community at Home Network (OCHN) to your benefits. Use this option to contact OCHN for specific payer support questions.
- Membership, Events, Other: You need help with a member login, annual dues & billing, educational events, how to join, location & office hours, etc. Select this option for questions about the Center for Community Based Care (CCBC), Ohio Community at Home Network (OCHN), or other Council programs.
