We welcome innovative, cutting-edge, and interactive presentations that equip our member agencies with the tools for success. If you’re interested in presenting, please submit your proposal using this online form. The OCHCH staff and Education Committee will review submissions, follow up with questions if needed, and select presentations that best fit the conference objectives.
Submission details covered by the form:
- Your basic information and a brief bio.
- A summary of your presentation, focus area(s), learning objectives, and any CE/CH hours already attached.
- Essential logistics, disclosures, and acknowledgments required for participation.
Invited speakers will receive a complimentary conference pass. Please note that OCHCH does not cover travel, lodging, or speaker fees.
