👉 Submit your proposal by May 31, 2026. OCHCH staff and the Education Committee will review submissions, follow up with questions if needed, and select presentations that best fit the conference objectives.

- Your basic information and a brief bio.
- A summary of your presentation, focus area(s), learning objectives, and any CE/CH hours already attached.
- Essential logistics, disclosures, and acknowledgments required for participation.
Invited speakers will receive a complimentary conference pass. Please note that OCHCH does not cover travel, lodging, or speaker fees.
