We are delighted to announce the addition of Andrea Watts to our team as our new Membership Engagement Manager / Project Manager!

Andrea’s goal in her role with the Council is to increase member participation in the services and benefits provided to our community and expand the Council’s presence across the state.

Andrea began her professional career in small business as an owner operator of several investment properties in many midwestern states in 2005, which paved her entry into sales and marketing in addition to operations and financial management.

After a successful tenure in regional retail sales and event planning, Andrea joined a national home care & staffing provider as a Regional Operations manager in 2015. During her tenure there, Andrea was responsible for the financial success of several locations, training and development of new employees, policy revisions, and Medicaid compliance.
