The Ohio Council for Home Care & Hospice is announcing a Call for Speakers for the 2024 Annual Conference in Columbus, Ohio, September 24 & 25!

We are seeking numerous 90-minute, Ohio-relevant presentations that suit the following focus areas of Home Health, Hospice, Palliative Care, Homecare, and Private Pay.

• Clinical Care Delivery
• EVV
• Finance & Operations
• Leadership & Workforce
• Medicaid, Medicaid Waiver, MyCare Ohio
• Ohio Nurse Legal/Ethical
• Regulatory & Legal Affairs
• Technology, AI, & Digital Health

If you are interested in presenting a session, please use this online form. OCHCH staff and the OCHCH Education Committee will review each submission, reach out with questions, and choose appropriate content.

The form covers:

• Basic information about yourself and your organization, including a brief bio.
• A summary of your presentation, relevant focus area(s), learning objectives, and details about CE/CH hours already attached to your presentation (if any).
• To expedite onboarding, the form also includes essential logistics, disclosures, and acknowledgements required to participate in an OCHCH event.

Invited speakers will receive a complimentary pass to the conference.
