The Council is excited to announce that the 2025 OCHCH Education Pass and Home Health Aide Training Pass are available to purchase for your educational enjoyment!
Both the Home Health Aide and Education passes have been retooled for 2025. These updates incorporate member feedback, deliberations by our Board of Trustees, and careful planning by Council staff. Our goals have been to provide maximum value for our members, flexibility relative to agency size, and sustainability for the Council as we provide essential education to your team members in the year ahead. We believe we have met these goals.
First, by popular request, signing up for a Pass is much easier than before. Instead of conducting everything by email, we have created an easy to use, self-service system on our website. You can pay securely by credit card, or opt for an invoice, and the pass will be activated right away. An active OCHCH Provider Membership is required to utilize either pass.
Education Pass Overview
The OCHCH Education Pass enables no-cost or deeply discounted registration to a wide range of OCHCH-managed and select partner-managed educational opportunities posted on our Education Calendar. New for 2025, Annual Conference & Trade Show and Spring Financial Conference Early Bird Pricing does not expire for Education Pass holders. Passes cover unlimited attendees to OCHCH Essential Education, such as Home Health 101, Hospice 101, Home Health and Hospice QAPI, The OCHN Managed Care Series, and more. Passes also include no-cost and deeply discounted registration to all Premium Programs such as Two-Day OASIS and Coding programs, Home Health Billing (3-part), HOPE (3-part), and more.
New for 2025: Education Pass Tiers based on Annual Gross Revenue
- Tier 1, $1,500 | Revenue Under $8M
- Tier 2, $2,000 | Revenue Above $8M
Extra Bonus! – The first 25 organizations to purchase a 2025 Education Pass before January 21st will receive a complimentary pass to the Annual Conference & Trade Show! If you choose to pay by invoice, we’ll note the date of your application and keep your spot until we receive your check or card payment.
Home Health Aide Training Pass Overview
If you plan to train more than eight home health aides per year, the pass is the way to go! The Home Health Aide Training Program Pass, priced at $2,000 annually per member organization, provides you with the tools and resources your agency needs to efficiently train home health aides at scale. Home Health Aide Training Program courses are not covered by the standard Education Pass.
This pass covers:
- Ten (10) trainee registrations per year included in the price of the pass. A savings of $49 each ($490 total) compared to the regular member rate.
- Additional trainees after the initial ten register at preferred pricing of $175 each. This is 30% lower than the regular member rate of $249, and over 55% off the non-member, market rate of $399.
