At OCHCH, we are committed to providing valuable resources and enhancing our offerings to meet the diverse needs of our members. With that in mind, we are sharing this exciting update regarding our Education Pass.
Over the past few years, our Education Pass has garnered tremendous support, and we sincerely appreciate the positive reception from our member agencies. Your feedback has been instrumental in our continuous efforts to refine and tailor our programs to better suit your unique requirements.
In response to your valuable input, especially the need for greater flexibility in the programs available to our members, we have decided to change the structure of our Education Pass.
The 2024 Education Pass is priced at $2,500 annually and will continue to include unlimited attendees at Education Events – whether they be in-person, online, or on-demand. We are offering significantly more programs this year, including many offerings from partner organizations & educators. This valuable pass covers a wide range of educational opportunities posted on our Education Calendar, and only excludes larger events such as The OCHCH Annual Conference and the Spring Financial Conference.
As we strive to adapt to the evolving preferences of our members, we are launching a new, standalone Home Health Aide (HHA) Training Program Pass, priced at $2,500 annually, to accommodate unlimited attendees to our twice-monthly aide training program. As a result, the HHA Training Program will be excluded from the existing Education Pass. See complete program details and upcoming training dates on the OCHCH Training & Certification Calendar.
For those seeking the best of both worlds, we are introducing a Dual Pass at $3,750 annually. This combines the benefits of both the Education Pass and the HHA Training Program Pass with significant savings!
If you would like to purchase a Pass, or have further questions, please reach out to us at ochch@ochch.org.
If you have already purchased education or training in 2024 and you then purchase a Pass, it will be prorated for the amount already paid. If your agency prefers to not purchase a Pass, you can still register for specific programs at discounted rates compared to pricing for non-members.
