The EVV survey is open!

The Ohio Council for Home Care & Hospice has identified a potential situation in the industry as it relates to provider exposure and EVV changes. Your participation in this survey will assist our assessment of industry readiness in Ohio.

Survey data will be used to support Ohio HCBS providers who want to evaluate the impact of EVV denials to their agency. OCHCH will follow up with participants to share analysis of statewide trends, perceived pain points, and next steps for the community and/or individual providers.
